Ulur Wiji products are shipped from our workshop in Pandankarajan Village, Mojokerto Regency. Our shipments are divided according to the sales channel category and product type:

Purchase of Ready to Wear Products

We will ship ready-to-order products within 1-2 business days. We need to prepare the product, including packaging and other accessories.

Purchase of Pre-Order (PO)/Custom Products

For PO and custom product purchases, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. Typically, for PO/Custom products, we require 7-14 business days for individual/retail products, but for bulk products/large orders, we require more time, which we will mutually agree on. But #WijiFriends don't worry, we will try to ship your #WijiFriends' orders as soon as possible once the product is complete.

Purchase via Marketplace:

Purchases made via the marketplace will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. Since we are located in a rural area, we apologize if our courier options are very limited. Purchases made via the marketplace.

Purchase via WA Admin, DM IG and Website

Purchases via WA Admin, IG DM and Website will be sent using regular expeditions such as Pos, J&T, JNE and other available expeditions according to our agreement.

If the item is urgent, we offer several other shipping options, including KAI, Intercity Bus, and Paxel. We will inform #TemanWiji of these shipping options in advance regarding the costs.
