Return Policy
At Ulur Wiji, every product is carefully crafted through responsible processes. We've created this return policy to provide clarity for #FriendsofWiji while maintaining the quality and value of each piece we produce.
General Return Terms
We accept requests for returns or exchanges of goods with the following conditions:
- Goods received in damaged condition, with production defects, or not according to order
- Submissions must be made a maximum of 3 x 24 hours after the goods are received.
- Items have not been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Original label and packaging are still complete
- We cannot process applications after the deadline.
Non-Returnable Products
In order to maintain fairness and sustainability of the production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom order products (design, size, or special requests)
- Pre-order products that have been produced
- Minor differences in color or pattern due to the use of natural dyes
- Products damaged due to incorrect use or maintenance by #FriendsofWiji
- We strongly recommend customers to read the product description and custom order policy before making a purchase.
Differences in Color and Product Character
Please note that Ulur Wiji uses:
- Manual production process (handmade)
- Natural dyes
- Traditional techniques
So small differences in color, pattern, or texture of the fabric are natural characteristics of the product , not production defects, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
Return Submission Procedure
If #FriendsofWiji receives a product that is damaged or not according to the order, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp admin
- Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of the condition of the goods
Brief explanation of the problem found - The Ulur Wiji Team will check and provide a response within a maximum of 2 working days.
- If the return is approved, we will inform you of the next steps.
Replacement Form
If the return is approved, Ulur Wiji will provide one of the following solutions (as agreed):
- Product exchange
- Product improvement
- Refund
- Shopping vouchers
The form of the solution will be adjusted to the conditions and product availability.
Return Fee
- If the return is due to a production or shipping error from Ulur Wiji, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
- For other reasons outside these provisions, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
