At Ulur Wiji, every piece is crafted with care. We understand that shopping—especially for handmade and custom products—requires a sense of security and trust. Therefore, we offer this refund policy as a last resort if an agreement cannot be reached through the return process or other solutions.
We are not scammers, and we want every Ulur Wiji customer to feel at ease when transacting with us.
Refund as a Last Option
A refund will only be considered if:
- The product received does not match the initial agreement (design, size, or main details that have been mutually agreed upon), and
- No agreement was reached through the product return, repair or replacement process.
We always prioritize communication and fair solutions for both parties before taking refund steps.
Products That May Be Considered for a Refund
A refund can be requested if:
- Defective products that cannot be repaired
- The production error was entirely from Ulur Wiji's side.
- The product received differs significantly from the final design agreement.
Refunds do not apply to:
- Custom products that are in accordance with the approved design, size and details
- Minor differences in fabric color or natural dye color (because each handmade fabric is unique)
- Changes in personal taste after the product is finished being manufactured
Refund Application Procedure
- Submit a refund request within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours after receiving the product.
- Include:
Order number
Photos/videos of products received
Explanation of the problems experienced
- The Ulur Wiji Team will conduct a fair and open evaluation.
- The refund decision will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days after the application is received.
Refund Mechanism
- Refunds will be returned via a mutually agreed payment method.
- Refund time follows bank or payment gateway policy (± 5–14 working days)
- Third party administration fees (if any) may be an exception.
