A unisex haori-style outer with an oversized silhouette, designed for both men and women. Inspired by Japanese style and reinterpreted through traditional Indonesian craftsmanship, METAMORF offers a relaxed, contemporary look ideal for everyday wear, especially during spring and summer.

THE STORY

METAMORF is inspired by the movement and transformation of every element of life.

It reflects the idea that life is always dynamic—constantly moving, changing, and growing. The METAMORF symbols are represented by the Sun, Wind, Butterfly, and Metamorphic Rock, reminding us that a divine hand is behind every movement in the universe, whether visible or unseen.

THE MATERIAL

The METAMORF Haori is made from 100% Lyocell. Its fabric has a distinctive character and natural texture without feeling overly stiff, offering a fluid drape and comfortable wear.

THE CRAFT

The motif is created using the traditional hand-drawn batik technique (batik tulis), with colors carefully applied by Ulur Wiji artisans.

Every stage of the process is carried out with attention to detail, giving each piece its own distinctive character.

HOW TO WEAR

Pair it with a plain inner layer and relaxed trousers for an urban, minimalist look. Its oversized silhouette makes it easy to layer and suitable for both casual and contemporary everyday styling.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For the first wash, hand-wash separately.

For subsequent washes, machine washing may be possible, but hand-washing is recommended to help preserve the fabric fibers and maintain the garment's quality.

Use a neutral or near-neutral pH detergent, such as mild dishwashing liquid, baby detergent, or natural lerak soap.

Air-dry in a shaded area and avoid direct sunlight.

NOTES

Ulur Wiji embraces handmade processes and slow fashion principles. Standard-size orders may be processed more quickly, while deeper shades may require additional dyeing time.

Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting or individual device screen settings.

As natural dyes are used, every piece has its own unique character. Color similarity is approximately 95%; exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
