THE STORY

These trousers are part of Ulur Wiji's journey to create everyday clothing that still carries a story from the village.

Each piece is made by young women artisans in Pandan Krajan Village, Mojokerto, through a thoughtful craft process carried out with care and attention to detail.

More than everyday fashion, the piece reflects a story of craft preservation and village empowerment.

THE MATERIAL

Made from a Linen-Cotton Blend, the fabric feels cool and breathable with a naturally textured surface and enough structure to support the silhouette.

The material creates a balance between shape and comfort, making the trousers suitable for everyday activities.

THE CRAFT

The trousers are dyed using natural dyes derived from plants cultivated in Indonesia.

Each stage is carried out by women artisans in Pandan Krajan Village, Mojokerto, bringing the material to life through a careful and considered process.

HOW TO WEAR

Pair them with a blouse, shirt, or fitted top to create balanced proportions with the high-waist silhouette.

For an urban minimalist look, style them with a simple top and sandals or sneakers.

They can also be paired with a kebaya or outer layer for a more elevated interpretation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• For the first wash, hand wash separately. A washing machine may be used afterwards, but hand washing is recommended to help preserve the fabric fibres.
• Use a neutral or near-neutral pH detergent, such as mild baby soap, gentle dish soap, or natural lerak solution.
• Dry in the shade and avoid direct sunlight.

PLEASE NOTE

We embrace a handmade and slow-fashion process, with attention given to every stage of production. Standard-size orders can be processed more quickly, while darker colours may require additional time for the dyeing process.

Colour may appear slightly different from the product shown due to photography lighting and individual screen settings.

Because natural dyes are used, every piece develops its own unique colour character. Colour similarity is approximately 95% and cannot be guaranteed to be exactly identical to the product shown.
