All Ulur Wiji orders are shipped from our workshop in Pandankrajan Village, Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. Shipping times and methods may vary depending on the product category and sales channel.

Ready-to-Wear Products

Ready-to-wear orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

This preparation time allows us to carefully check the product, prepare the packaging, and ensure that all order details are complete before shipment.

Pre-Order (PO) & Custom Orders

For pre-order and custom orders, we will provide an estimated shipping timeline when your order is confirmed.

For individual or retail orders, production generally takes 7–14 business days. For bulk or larger orders, additional production time may be required and will be discussed and agreed upon before production begins.

We will always do our best to ship your order as soon as it is ready.

Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through marketplaces will be shipped using the courier service selected through the respective marketplace.

As our workshop is located in a rural area, the available courier options may be more limited than in urban areas. We appreciate your understanding if only certain shipping services are available for your location.

Orders via WhatsApp, Instagram & Website

Orders placed through our WhatsApp Admin, Instagram DM, or website are generally shipped using regular courier services such as Pos Indonesia, J&T, JNE, or other available services agreed upon at the time of purchase.

For urgent orders, we may be able to arrange alternative shipping options such as KAI Logistics, intercity bus services (AKAP), or Paxel, depending on availability and destination.

Additional shipping costs for express or alternative delivery services will be communicated and confirmed with you before shipment.
